One to One Personalised Yoga 

Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualising each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual.

One to One Yoga comes with many benefits:

  • Relax in your own space enjoying a dedicated practice suited your individual interests and goals.  

  • Time for conversations about your movement, mindfulness and general wellbeing that you may not have the opportunity to raise in group sessions.  I have just completed my Level 2 Counselling and am a good listener if you want to talk in a safe and confidential space. 

  • Focus on alignment with sympathetic adjustments to ensure you are finding your unique edge of a pose and are practising safely.  

  • The opportunity to work alongside plans from health professionals to enhance recovery from any recent injuries or illness.

  • Quality time for bonding with your child, baby or partner.

Personalised plans consist of:

  • A introductory 15 minute meeting via zoom​ to establish a starting point and plan for our sessions.

  • A personalised Yoga programme devised to suit you, your goals and interests​

  • 4 x 60 minute Yoga sessions

  • A short personalised home Yoga practice for you between sessions

  • Sleep Hygiene advice to encourage a healthy uninterrupted sleep pattern for optimum health.

  • Nutrition advice sheet promoting healthy eating with advice on supporting supplements from Liz Keaney
