Yoga

Private Yoga

Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualising each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual.

Private Yoga comes with many benefits:

  • Relax in your own space enjoying a dedicated practice suited your individual interests and goals.

  • Time for conversations about your movement, mindfulness and general wellbeing that you may not have the opportunity to raise in group sessions.

  • Focus on alignment with adjustments to ensure you are finding your personal edge of a pose and are practising safely.

  • Working alongside your recovery plan from injuries or illness to aid and promote your recovery.

  • Quality time and bonding if you prefer to practice with a partner, your child or baby.

One of the best ways for you to decide if my coaching is for you is to book onto one of my Yoga sessions. Another option is to book a free 15 minute  Zoom call.  It is important we meet either in person or online to help us decide if my Yoga coaching will work for us.

Once payment is made I will be in touch with a short questionnaire, and to confirm dates, times and location I will then devise your personalised plan and email that to you prior to our first session.

After your initial sessions One to Ones are reduced by 20% as a thank you for continuing your coaching with me.
