A personalised Yoga programme devised to suit you, your goals and interests
4 x 60 minute Yoga sessions
A short personalised home Yoga practice for you between sessions
Liz Keaney Nutritional Therapist provides the dietary advice for Solihull Yoga, your package includes a free diet advice sheet from Liz to promote healthy eating with advice on supplements to help with your healing.
Sleep Hygiene advice to encourage a healthy uninterrupted sleep pattern for optimum health.
Liz Keaney is an expert on the role that food and nutrients play in supporting the general and mental health of her clients. Her specialist advice optimises immunity and hormonal balance using food as a ‘natural medicine’ to enhance the body’s own natural rhythm for protection, support and vitality.
Liz empowers you to eat consciously and develop realistic healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime to maximise your health, she often combines Nutritional Therapy with Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, Mind Mastery & Energy Awareness.
Our initial Zoom call will establish a starting point to optimise your body and mind. It is important we share this time as our meeting will help us decide if my Yoga coaching will work for us. Alternatively you could book onto one of my weekly sessions to get a feel of my coaching.
Once payment is made I will be in touch with a short questionnaire, and to confirm dates, times and location I will then devise your personalised plan and will email that to you prior to our first session.
After your initial sessions One to Ones are reduced by 20% as a thank you for continuing your coaching with me.
