Service Description

Step out of your Fight and Flight nervous system into your Relax, Rest and Digest nervous system as we use Yoga Therapy and sound to nourish the body. We begin with a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) this is best practiced lay down as I talk you into a state of relaxation. This is followed by therapeutic sounds and vibrations that the ancients used to reset their bodies at a cellular level to promote natures own healing. These sessions are focussed around Yoga Therapy, allowing the body to reset, recharge and rejuvenate, taking a break from our hurry up world. No experience is necessary. Please bring a mat, pillow or bolster and blanket, and wear something close fitting that allows a full range of movement. You may want to bring a drink to stay hydrated. This practice is offered in person with the option to practice online.
