Mum and baby Yoga is a great way to get back into exercising, the gentle Yoga moves are designed for you and your baby to do together, so you can bond while slowly getting fitter and stronger. Post natal Yoga strengthens and tones muscles as we focus on the muscles affected by giving birth (your core, pelvic floor and back).
Yoga can improve your sleep as a new mum and help to calm and relax your baby. Movement through Yoga stimulates babies and encourages their reflexes to develop, it improves awareness of their surroundings, and strengthens your bond.
Mum and Baby Yoga is open to mums and babies as soon as baby can support their own head, and mum has had her 6/8 week check up, mum and baby sessions are 60 minutes.
Mum and Baby Yoga is the same price as for an individual.
