Complete Beginners

If you've always wanted to try Yoga but were never quite sure where to start, then my Beginners Yoga course for you. One of the most common responses to learning Yoga is "I'm not flexible enough" so consider this a learning course for the unflexible.

On this course we will explore a series of Yoga Asana (movements), to create a firm foundation for Yoga practice, and provide you with an understanding of why we practice.

At the end of the course you will have the ability and confidence to enjoy any Yoga class in the world, and above all get you started on this 5000 year old practice that benefits so many lives around the world.

The programme consists of 4 x 60 minute classes over 4 weeks.
