Chair Yoga

Seated Yoga is an excellent way to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation, and staying seated means that those who aren't flexible or mobile can practice Yoga safely.

Seated Yoga involves gentle stretching, which can help develop greater flexibility, build muscle and bone mass, and increase the range of motion within the body. Yoga can prevent falls in later life, more importantly it helps you get the most of your daily activities.

Sessions begin with 10 minutes of breathing and mindfulness, followed by 35 minutes of light physical movement, concluding with 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
