Thanks for checking in for more information on my online Yoga.  I hold "One to One" Yoga and group Yoga classes, on the Zoom platform.  It is is important you choose the right Yoga coach for your practice, I hope the following information helps you reach a decision. 

One to One Yoga

For "One to One" sessions I enjoy and offer many different types of Yoga including:

I have a keen interest in creating something unique for individuals so they can get the most out of their time with me, I do this by building a plan based on your ability, desires and what you hope to gain from your Yoga practice.  I can assist you whether you are complete beginner, a seasoned Yogi, recovering from illness or injury, or wanting to take your practice deeper, for example with breath work, meditation, or exploring the chakras.  During our sessions you can expect gentle guidance and cues on movement and alignment that suits your body and how it moves and feels.  

A free and confidential online consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your wants and needs, any injuries or any health problems.  After our chat you can then decide if our plan is the right one for you.

Personalised Yoga consists of:

- An introductory 20 minute meeting via zoom (this gives us an opportunity to get to know each other as we go through your completed questionnaire ).

- A personalised Yoga programme tailored to you.

- 4 x 75 minute "One to One" Yoga sessions

- A 20 minute guided "Irest" Meditation at any time during your plan.

The initial investment is £120.00.  Continued practice with me after your initial programme is booked in a block of 4 x 75 minute sessions for £.100


NHS, 999, Military, Carers and Students can enjoy a 20% discount on all packages and reduced weekly Yoga at £5 per session, please contact me for details.

Group Yoga

I host weekly Hatha Yoga every Thursday at 18.00, modifications are provided to suit all levels.  Contact me for a free trial session.

£8 Pay as you go or £24 for 4 classes

Please note:

If you are unsure or uncertain about your health or ability to practice Yoga please consult your GP to be certain it is safe for you to practice with me. This is especially important with any injuries. 

For "One to One' sessions, once our dates are agreed please ensure you can attend on our planned dates, (only in exceptional circumstances can dates be changed).

4 class passes must be used within one month.
