Do you suffer with anxiety?  Did you know that you can trick your body into feeling safe calm and relaxed with breathing techniques and meditation alone?  

During my work with the NHS I respond to many people suffering a mental health crisis, occasionally I work on a Mental Health Unit in and around Birmingham and have had a lot of exposure to mental health within the community.

 

Most people will suffer with mental health at some point in their lives.  I coach simple methods that empower us to recognise anxiety as it arises and to 'state manage' when that happens, I can teach you how to tap into your happy hormones that will lead you towards feeling grounded and emotionally regulated through anxious moments.   

 

I draw from personal experiences to find solutions for your anxiety by empowering you with techniques that help you manage your feelings leaving you with a sense of inner peace and calm.

The relaxation strategies that work for my clients include breath work, Yoga poses and Irest Yoga Nidra.
